Become a Tutor

We always welcome applications from prospective tutors. We receive applications regularly and aim to deal with them as promptly as we can.

Being a tutor is a great opportunity for you to apply and share the knowledge and skills you have. You can decide when and how much you tutor so you can easily fit it around your other work, study and personal commitments. 

 

Get in touch with us letting us know your academic qualifications and, whenever the case, your teaching and tutoring experience. Also let us know which subjects and academic skills you would like to tutor. It is also important for us and prospective tutees to know why you want to become a tutor. 

 

Upon analysis of your application, and if your expertise and experience are in line with current Tutor Alliance needs, we will get in touch with you to arrange an interview. You may be asked to prepare a short tutorial for your interview. If you are successful, you will be added to our tutor database. When we have tutees looking for tutors with your profile we will get in touch with you. If you are happy to tutor them, we put you both in touch and you can start your academic journey together.
